The rooms were not soundproof and a bit tight for a family of three, but it's a fair size for two rooms. The service was mostly excellent, except for unnecessary delays due to excessive photo-taking. The dining was average with repetitive options but comfortable beds. The hotel is situated just in front of fun parks in Dubai, but it lacks proximity to the major shopping malls.

The service provided by Waleed and Hind was truly amazing, offering exceptional assistance and attending to every need promptly. The location, while not in the city center, was cool with fun activities nearby, and walking distance to Dubai parks. The dining experience, apart from the buffet, was delicious but limited in room service options before 11:30 am. Overall, a good value for money stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with well-equipped rooms that, although on the smaller side and may benefit from improved breakfast choices, are neat, clean, and sufficient for two people. The service was accommodating, with very friendly and polite staff, although at times overly enthusiastic with taking photos. The location, although not close to the city center, is convenient for visiting Expo and being next to four fantastic parks. The dining experience, while delicious with a wide variety, could be enhanced with more choices, especially during the winter season. Overall, a family-friendly hotel with great value for money.
